How do categories and labels work?

Every expense has one category, like Groceries or Transportation, and each category can have a limit. Labels are your own tags on top, like a trip, work or Ramadan, and an entry can have several. Free includes a few custom categories and labels; Pro adds subcategories and removes the limits.
