What the notes on an entry mean
- Pending
- Pending at the bank. It counts now and settles when the bank confirms it.
- Dated ahead
- It starts counting on its date.
- Refund
- A refund was matched to this purchase. Together they count less toward the category.
- Not paid
- It stays in your history and counts nowhere.
- From a repeating rule
- The rule owns the amount, date and category. Your note, labels, place and photo stay yours.
- Template
- A template. It never counts. Use it from + to log faster.
Delete an entry
Open the entry, scroll down and tap Delete this entry. If the entry was a bill payment, the bill shows as unpaid again.
Questions
Can I see how an entry got here?
Yes. Under The record it says how it got here, like a bank text, Apple Pay, a scan or typed by you, and when it was added and last changed.
An entry vanished. What happened?
It was removed on another device or by a sync. Your totals already leave it out.
