Every field, and what it's for
- Date
- Today unless you change it. An entry dated ahead starts counting on that day.
- Paid to
- The shop or the person. For income, this reads Received from.
- Payment Method
- How you paid, like a card, cash or Apple Pay. It's separate from which account the money came from.
- Currency
- The currency you paid in. Amounts are converted for your totals.
- Notes
- Up to 500 characters: details, reference numbers, anything you want to remember.
- Labels
- Your own tags, like a trip or work. Insights can total them.
- Location
- The place. Insights pins purchases with a place on a map.
- Warranty
- How long the warranty lasts. Pockito reminds you before it ends.
- Items
- Break one purchase into lines, each with its own category.
Questions
Why does Pockito ask for an account?
So every balance is right. An entry with no account still counts in your spending and your budget, and you can give it an account later.
How many decimals can I type?
Two, like 12.50.
