Why didn't auto-track catch a payment?

Most missed payments come down to one of four things: the automation, the keyword, the card's account, or a payment waiting in Needs a look. Go through the checks below in order.

Where to find it Settings Auto-Track

Check, in this order

  1. Look in Needs a look on Home. A text Pockito couldn't place waits there, with the reason.
  2. On iPhone, open the automation in Shortcuts. It must run without asking: Run Immediately, or on iOS 27, Allow Running When Locked.
  3. Check the keyword. Message Contains should be your currency code as your bank writes it, like EGP or SAR, or in your bank's language.
  4. Make sure the keyword isn't one that also appears in verification codes.
  5. Open Wallet and check the card's digits are claimed by an account, or that the account has its bank picked as the sender.
  6. Test it: make a small purchase and watch for the bank's text.

Questions

Can I add a payment auto-track missed by hand?

Yes. Copy the bank's text and paste it in Scan, or type the entry. Both are quick.
