Do I need an account, and how do I sign in?

You don't need an account. In Incognito Mode your records stay on that phone and nothing is synced. Sign in with Apple, Google or an email address when you want the same records on another phone.

Continue with Google

Create Account
An email address and a password of at least 8 characters. The strength meter under it shows how to make it stronger.

Use it with no account

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Go incognito.
  2. Use Pockito as usual. Settings shows Incognito Mode at the top.
  3. When you want your records on another phone, open Settings and tap Create Account.

Verify your email

If you sign up with email, Pockito sends a link to confirm the address. Open it, then tap I've Verified My Email. You can skip this, but then you can't reset your password if you forget it.

If you forget your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your email.
  2. Check your email inbox (and spam folder)
  3. Click the reset link in the email
  4. Create your new password
  5. Return here and sign in

Questions

What happens to my incognito records if I sign in?

Signing in to an account you already have replaces the incognito records on that phone. If you want to keep them, cancel and stay incognito.

Can I unlock Pockito with Face ID or a fingerprint?

Yes. Once you're signed in, turn on the lock in Settings and pick how soon it asks again.

Does Pockito sync when I'm offline?

Your phone saves everything first and sends it when you're back online, so you can keep working without a connection.
