Delete your account and data

You can delete your Pockito account and your data yourself, from inside the app. You do not need to ask us first and nothing waits for review.

Delete your account

Both options delete your cloud account. They differ in what happens to the copy on your phone.

Option	What it deletes	On this phone
Delete Everything	Your account and all of your data, in the cloud and on your phone.	Nothing is kept.
Delete Account Only	Your cloud account and everything synced to it.	Your data stays, and the app keeps working as a guest.

Your account stays open.

Profile, then Settings, then Delete All Data removes all of your data permanently.
In Auto-Track settings, Delete all auto-tracked transactions clears the capture queue and the senders and apps you picked. Transactions already saved stay in your history.
Any single transaction can be deleted from your history at any time.

Email support@pockitoai.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

Your account and sign-in details, including your name and email address
Your transactions, categories, accounts, budgets and bills
Your automations and auto-tracking settings, including the bank senders and apps you chose
Everything automatic tracking captured

Deletion is immediate. We keep no backup copies, so there is no retention period and nothing that can be restored afterwards.
Payment and tax records that the law requires us to keep are the one exception. They do not show what you spent your money on inside the app.
Google Play bills your subscription, not us. Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions.
